Adult SPOA
 
Single Point of Access or SPOA is a process that is utilized to coordinate access to the most intensive mental health services, as well as supportive community services that are available in Onondaga County. For adults, this relates to Specialty Care Coordination and Residential Services. Each has its separate process.
