Single Point of Access (SPOA) is a process that is utilized to coordinate access to the most intensive mental health services, as well as supportive community services that are available in Onondaga County.
SPOA strives to match a child and family’s needs and strengths to the most appropriate resources available. SPOA is a collaboration of multiple-child-serving systems and agencies in Onondaga County.

To make a child or youth referral, please call (315) 463-1100 to reach the ACCESS Team.
Parent(s) or the child/youth’s Primary Caregiver are encouraged to be the initiating referral source and the one placing the call to the ACCESS Team.
