Clinician / Therapist - Behavioral Health

Seeking full-time Therapist to work with adults in an outpatient behavioral health clinic program. Looking for individuals with strong engagement skills who are team oriented and committed to continuous learning.



Must be licensed with a LMSW, LMHC, or similar credential with at least 2 years of experience providing clinic treatment. Spanish speaking a plus.

Parent Support Partner

Seeking full-time Parent Support Partner to provide community based support, coaching and advocacy to families in wraparound case management. Parent Partner will participate in Child & Family team meetings with parents and offer supports based upon the individual needs of each family. Flexible, collaborative, non-judgmental, good communication skills and ability to connect with diverse populations and cultures needed. Must have experience as parent of child with special needs and possess a valid license and auto insurance.

Children and Family Services Care Coordinator

Seeking full-time Care Coordinator to provide care coordination to children with emotional disturbances and their families. Qualified candidates will possess skills in assessment, treatment planning, and service coordination with children and youth. Ability to work on a team, facilitate group process and work from a wraparound model that is family driven and builds on the families' strengths and natural supports is critical to success in this position.


Minimum Qualifications:

MSW or Master's Degree in related field with 2 years experience or Bachelor's degree pluss 4 years providing services to children, youth, and family. Must have valid driver's license and own transportation.

Seeking full-time Social Worker / Clinician to work in a home and community based program for children with emotional disturbances. Provide intensive, short-term therapeutic intervention.


Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Child and Family Studies, or a related field with two or more year's experience, skills in child and family assessment, therapy and case management. Must have valid driver's license and own transportation. Fluency in Spanish a plus.



Assertive Community Treatment Nurse

Seeking full-time Nurse to provide clinical support and care coordination service in the evidence-based ACT team model and serve as a Psychiatric Nurse.


Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with experience / knowledge treating individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Experience providing community based services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team a plus. Valid driver's license and own transportation. Multilingual a plus.

Clinical Registered Nurse

OCMS Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic is seeking 3/4 time Registered Nurse to work with adults.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be licensed as a registered nurse in NYS and must have at least one year of full time experience post RN licensure working with individuals with complex behavioral health, medical, and/or substance use issues or two years post licensure as a full time nurse in a non-specialized setting such as ED or Public Health. Must have professional and/or personal experience with persons with behavioral health and/or other complex conditions. Multi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
